First a disclaimer, I have never seen any of Michael Moore's movies.  I've heard enough from various movie reviews to get the gist of what his movies are about.  His latest, "Sicko," tackles health care and proposes a government-run third-party single-payer system as the cure to our problems.  In particular, he bestows gushing praise on the NHS.  A movie review from the UK exposes "Sicko" for the factually-distorted propaganda it is.  Unfortunately, the critic who wrote this, despite discussing the prominent side-effects of British socialized medicine, still believes the solution is.....British socialized medicine.

No wonder the British want socialized health care, just look at how well the system does at treating cancer patients.
